01Do my members need to install an app?
No. Members get a magic link by text message — their portal opens in a browser with their next class, booking, membership, and card-update button. Nothing to install, no passwords.
02I'm on Zen Planner. How painful is moving?
It isn't — we do it for you, free. Send us your exports and we import members, memberships, class balances, ranks, notes and payment history, and your weekly schedule (paste it in, or we enter it with you); you check a full preview, then run both side by side for your 30 free days. Prefer to do it yourself? The importer reads Zen Planner CSVs directly.
03What happens after the free 30 days?
It's $99/month, flat. You add a card when you start, we email you three days before the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then and pay nothing.
04Where does my money actually go?
To you. Each gym connects its own Stripe account, so member payments settle directly with you. CornerDesk never holds funds.
05What does the kiosk run on?
Any tablet, laptop, or phone with a browser. Optionally protect it with a staff PIN. Members type their name and tap — check-in takes under five seconds.
06Is there a contract or setup fee?
Neither. Month-to-month, no setup fee, no migration fee. Download everything as CSVs any time — members, memberships, payments, attendance, notes, ranks, messages and signed waivers — even after you cancel. If you leave, you leave with everything.
07Multi-location? Fight camps? POS inventory?
