Change corners. We do the moving.
Send us your exports. We bring over your members, memberships, schedule and history, you check it, and you run both systems side by side — free for 30 days. After that it’s $99 a month, flat, no matter how big your gym gets.

Their price grows with you. Ours doesn’t.
Zen Planner prices Studio by active members, in eight steps from $99 to $289 a month. CornerDesk is $99 at 20 members and at 500. Slide to your size.
Zen Planner bills Studio by active members — anyone with a membership or a visit in the last month. You’re in their 101–150 active members tier.
Zen Planner Studio and add-on list prices from their published pricing, September 2026; processing fees excluded. CornerDesk includes public schedule, trial and drop-in pages, and automated trial and payment texts — not a full website builder or a branded app.

Three rounds. About an hour of yours.
- 1Round 1, Day 1
Send your exports
Pull your member, membership and payment reports as CSV. On a 15-minute call we show you exactly which ones and plan your cutover date.
- 2Round 2, Days 2–4
We import, you check
We load members, plans, class balances, ranks and notes, and your weekly schedule (paste it in, or we enter it with you). You get a full preview — duplicates flagged, prospects sorted into leads, nothing guessed.
- 3Round 3, Go-live
Members add their cards
You switch off Zen Planner autopay from a list we hand you. Each member gets a text to add their card to your Stripe, and the first charge lands on their usual bill date. Then you cancel Zen Planner.
What comes across.
- Members, contact details and emergency contacts
- Memberships, plans and next bill dates
- Class-pack balances, when your export includes them
- Ranks / belts and staff notes
- Prospects, sorted into your leads pipeline
- Payment history for your records
- Your weekly class schedule — paste it in, or we enter it with you
What stays behind
- Card numbers — members add theirs from a text
- Attendance history
- Signed waiver files — download them before you cancel
Before you cancel Zen Planner
- Export first. Pull every report you want to keep while your account is active — don’t count on getting data after you’ve left.
- Check your notice period. Zen Planner’s published terms ask for 30 days’ notice on a cancellation request form, and some order forms set longer terms.
- Overlap, don’t gap — but stop the autopay. Keep both running until your members’ cards are on CornerDesk, and switch off Zen Planner autopay before each member’s first CornerDesk charge. Your 30 free days are for exactly that.
Fair questions.
01Is the migration really free?
Yes. Send us your exports and we do the import: members, contact details and emergency contacts, memberships and plans, class-pack balances (we ask you for any the export leaves out), ranks and notes, prospects (into your leads pipeline), and payment history. Your weekly class schedule comes too: paste it from a spreadsheet or upload a CSV and check the preview — or we enter it with you on the call. You review everything before it goes live. There's no setup fee — ever — and your first 30 days are free.
02What doesn't come across?
Card numbers (see below), attendance history, and signed waiver files. Download anything you want to keep from Zen Planner before you cancel. Zen Planner's export doesn't include waiver signatures, so keep your originals. Imported members show as "not signed" until they sign in CornerDesk — one tap texts everyone a link to sign your waiver (a typed name, saved with the exact text they agreed to). Tick a box on import instead if you hold the originals.
03Will my members get charged twice?
Not if Zen Planner autopay is off by their first CornerDesk charge — and CornerDesk enforces that. It gives you the list of who and when (as a CSV, with their Zen Planner IDs), and it holds back the card-setup text for anyone charged within a week until you confirm their old autopay is off. Members whose bill date has already passed are charged the moment they add a card, so only confirm those once you know Zen Planner didn't bill them.
04What about my members' saved cards?
Card numbers can't be copied between payment processors by anyone except the processors themselves. Instead, CornerDesk texts each member a secure link to add their card to your own Stripe account — and their first charge lands on the date they'd have been billed anyway, so nobody pays twice.
05Do I have to cancel Zen Planner first?
No — and we'd advise against it. Run both side by side during your 30 free days. Cancel Zen Planner once your members are billing through CornerDesk. Check your Zen Planner agreement for its notice period so you're not charged an extra month.
06How long does it take?
Most gyms are live within a week of sending their exports. The hands-on part for you is about an hour: pulling reports, a short call, and checking the preview.
07Is CornerDesk built for martial arts schools, not just fight gyms?
Yes. Muay Thai, BJJ, boxing, MMA, kickboxing, karate, taekwondo, judo and wrestling gyms all run on the same core: class schedule and bookings, trial pipeline, door check-in, memberships and packs, failed-payment recovery, and member texts.
08What does it cost after the free month?
$99/month flat. Unlimited members, staff, classes and programs — the price doesn't change when your roster grows. Month-to-month, cancel any time, export all your data to CSV whenever you like.

Your next 30 days are on us.
